It was officially registered with The Registrar of Companies, Department of Company affairs in India in August 2006.

The idea behind starting Wit Innovation was to build a product company with continuous stream of revenues and cash flow from Services lines of business. Our Management team has extensive working experience with Multinational clients like Sony Ericsson, Shell UK, Capital Group US, Symbol, Infosys, Satyam and Philips in different capacities.
