Terms & Conditions

• Referral Fees/ prizes will only be paid by Wit innovation at the time when the fee becomes payable as specified in this policy.
•  Individuals must be hired within 180 days of referral for the referral fee to be payable.
• Referral fees will only be paid to referrers when the new hire has been employed at a full-time status for at least six months.
• Referral Amount will be paid after a new hire completes 6 months in Wit Innovation
• In the event that two people refer the same individual, only the first referral will be eligible for payment
• No referral fee will be paid for candidates with whom Wit innovation has had employment discussions within the six months preceding the submitted referral.
• Referrals ‘s eligibility for referral fee will be decided by Wit Innovation Management
• Referred candidates must not have been previously employed by Wit innovation
•  Referred candidates must not have applied to one of our external job postings or currently entered into our applicant tracking database.
• Note all the opportunities does not  have referral fee
• Only the specified amount for particular opportunity will be paid
• Wit Innovation will inform the referral when the amount will be paid
